AggPo is committed to providing quality products to our B2B customers. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and this policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted, the process for making a return, and other relevant details.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  3. Exceptions: Custom or special orders are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team via email at quote@aggpo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: You will receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item, including a copy of the original invoice and the RA number.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Timeframe: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at quote@aggpo.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.
